Meet the Minds Behind NymbleUp

NymbleUp was founded in 2019 by Yogesh Bhatt and Manish Thakur, two tech-driven entrepreneurs with a shared vision to transform retail operations and workforce management through technology and AI. Yogesh brings over 17 years of experience in retail operations, having worked with leading brands such as Starbucks and Croma. Throughout his career, he played a key role in optimizing store operations and improving operational efficiency across retail environments. His hands-on industry experience helped him identify major operational challenges faced by multi-location retail businesses, including workforce management, operational inconsistencies, and staffing inefficiencies. Recognizing the growing need for a smarter retail operations platform, Yogesh co-founded NymbleUp to help businesses streamline operations, improve workforce productivity, and enable data-driven decision-making. Powered by AI-driven insights and predictive capabilities, NymbleUp provides an all-in-one retail operations management platform designed to simplify day-to-day operations and improve business performance. Manish brings strong expertise in entrepreneurship, technology, and product development. Before NymbleUp, he founded an event-tech company where he built products from the ground up, led business development initiatives, and contributed to some of India’s largest sporting events. Together, Yogesh and Manish built NymbleUp with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and scalable retail transformation. Their mission is to help retail and hospitality businesses become smarter, more efficient, and future-ready through technology-driven operations management.
